Along with many different types, styles and models of CPAP machines, there are also many different types of CPAP masks. There are thousands of individuals suffering the plight of sleep apnea and respiratory ailments and it would be unreasonable to assume that only one type of mask would fit such a varied population. While some individuals may do well with a mask that covers their nose and mouth others may do better with a mask that covers just their mouth. Whatever the choice, these masks are designed to be especially lightweight and comfortable. In addition, masks are also meant to still do their job no matter how much a person moves around at night while they sleep.
Those on the market for a good quality CPAP machine and maskcan likely get a recommendation from a medical professional who specializes in sleep apnea and other similar sleep disorders. While it may be confusing as to what machine is the best choice, those who do their research are likely to find not only a quality machine but a reasonable price as well. Once an individual gets their machine home, he or she can look forward to getting that good night’s rest they have been waiting for.
